Registrations

Tracking

The process to Check the Blocked Vehicles List
Unable to book online sand from the SSMMS TS sand booking site? Then, TSMDC might have blocked the vehicle from violating the rules. You can check whether your vehicle is blocked by SSMMS Telenagan from their site. After getting into the homepage, search for “Blocked Vehicles” and select that.
On the next page, the applicants can see the list of all the blocked vehicle numbers. Now, check if your sand vehicle is on that list. If you find the vehicle number in this list, you can’t further buy sand from here. Contact the helpline number of SSMMS to know why they have blocked your vehicle.
Which Documents do You Require for Bulk Sand Registration?
If you need bulk sand for government work, you must have an official ID. And, if the customers need sand for a private company/firm, they need to have an Aadhar card. Make sure to keep one copy of sand bulk registration and pan card as well.
But, if you want to apply for government work in SMMS TS sand booking, you need to upload different documents. Make sure to have an official letter and a copy of the agreement or work order. Besides, you will need a material requirement and estimation copy for sand in the portal.
Do you need to apply for a private company? Then, you need to upload a letter of building permission/ approval of the building plan. Add an ID proof of authorised signatory and the company’s application letter.

How to Check the Undelivered Interstate Sand Order from SSMMS TS Sand Booking
If you need to check the details of the undelivered sand orders, access the SMMMS TS sand booking portal. After that, head to the “interstate transportation” section to check the options. From there, choose “Inter-State Undelivered Orders With Mobile/Vehicle”. When the next window pops up on the screen, provide the contact and vehicle details. How to Get the Inter-State Order Receipt?

The Process to Print the Empanelment of Vehicle Form
To get a printed copy of the empanelment of vehicle form, visit the SSMMS Telangana site first. Then, choose “empanelment of Vehicle Print” from the “Tenders” tab.
